28th January 2008: How to coexist with Floods
'How to coexist with floods' describes China's program to analyse and manage flood risks in the Taihu basin over the next 50 years. The program, launched jointly by China and UK is based on the Foresight report 'Future Flooding', published in April 2004. The article appeared in China's only national-level science and technology newspaper, Science and Technology Daily, on the 28th of January 2008.
