Authors Workshop - 22nd September 2009

The project held a workshop for the authors of the driver reviews and regional case studies. The reviews will identify the key challenges facing the global food and farming system out to 2050 and form an important part of the first phase of the Project analysis.

The workshop was a unique opportunity for the review authors to see how their reviews fit into the broader structure of the project and to receive feedback on their work from a group of leading experts. The review authors also worked with the Project’s Lead Expert Group to begin the process of synthesising the Project’s Phase 1 evidence in order to develop an idea of the key challenges facing the future of the food and farming system, and to explore the resulting uncertainties.

Developments in the Global Food Supply Chain Workshop - 10th and 11th September 2009
